As a CIO, we are governed by a Board of Trustees, who are responsible for the overall management and compliance of the charity in accordance with our governing document, our Constitution. The Executive Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the charity in line with its charitable objects, as defined in our Constitution.
Each year we hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM), during which the Board of Trustees is (re-)elected, the Annual Report is introduced to the membership, and any proposed changes to the Constitution can be ratified by democratic vote.
